The manufactures like Ammo, Inc. seem to have millions of spare rounds laying around to donate to the Soros-backed regime in Ukraine, though...not to mention that the Biden/Harris hasn't been complaining about these manufacturers not fulfilling contracts to Federal police forces...
It seems like average American gun owners are the only ones on waiting lists and paying hyperinflated prices these days.
