Friend,  Your Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) Legal Action Team is urgently looking for qualified FPC members and supporters in specific counties in Texas (see below) who wish to sue the government and help us defeat an unconstitutional law.  For this lawsuit, we are looking for the following: Criteria:  Individuals Live in one of the following counties: Armstrong, Brisco, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher and Wheeler At least 21 years old Would make, purchase, and/or transfer suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and/or AOWs but for the National Firearms Act's registration requirements Alternatively, would gift a currently owned NFA item to a friend or family member Willing to sue over federal laws requiring registration for NFA items To sign up, click here as an individual, click here.  FFLs Business is located within one of the following Texas counties: Armstrong, Brisco, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher and Wheeler Possess an FFL and SOT (and any required state/local licenses to sell firearms) in good standing Wishes to transfer suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and/or AOWs intrastate without needing to comply with the National Firearms Act's registration requirements Willing to sue over federal laws requiring registration for NFA items To sign up, click here as an FFL, click here.  SIGN UP AS AN INDIVIDUAL!
