DOJ Turns on Democrat State — Says Gun Ban Violates the 2nd Amendment - Guns & Gadgets 2nd Amendment News
I worked for a major chain retailer in its Connecticut location. One day we received a large number of blued handguns from our sister outlet in Massachusetts. They were unable to market these handguns because the state of Massachusetts had only approved the stainless steel version of this model. Exactly the same gun but different finish. I guess gun controllers have no issue discriminating on the basis of color.
Also, if the court decides rationally , would this negate the so-called assault weapon bans that Connecticut and other states have since I Ohioans and most other Americans can buy them but I can’t in Connecticut?
