Understand: Idaho does NOT want this bill made public! They do NOT want to educate travelers or even tax payers in Idaho. They don't want news outlets or Youtubers to talk about it. They want this swept under the rug and they want it kept private so they can enforce it upon ANYONE they choose at ANY MOMENT they choose for whatever reason they choose. They do NOT want to admit that they just made a bill criminalizing ALL state traffic with vehicles carrying personal belongings in public places. They want to be able to still collect taxes and tourism money, but also kick you out and charge you with a crime whenever they feel like enforcing their vague, open-ended laws. Get the word out. You cannot stop at that State Historic Site on public land in Idaho and take a photo while traveling your RV (or any vehicle as the new bill clearly states)  - you will be in violation of Senate Bill 1141 by just occupying that public road with your personal belonging in a vehicle.  Idaho Senate Bill 1141 criminalizes ALL public traffic in the state. You've been warned. Please share this with as many people as you can. We will NOT let them quietly criminalize everyone traveling in a vehicle.
