We had an outage the other day that was everything, beyond basic cell/phone service. For several hours I couldn't even send or receive text messages. I could make and receive phone calls, but that was all I and maybe 2 hundred other of my neighbors had available.
According to the technician who came out rlir tod was red, my FiberOptic was switched to a different controller/communications hub. So while I could see the network, I couldn't access it.
But, I"m back online and will try to catch back up.
